Introducing the newly developed all-metal powder coated rear-wing extenders for the RC-F. This product allows you to adjust the fixed position of your RC-F's rear automatic spoiler to a desired height and angle. Designed to be modular - allowing you to use interchangeable "Side Plates" which will be sold separately for easy future upgrades*. Going all metal provides increased flexibility for wing placement over our previous plastics-based wing extenders with significantly less temperature and strength-related constraints.
Featuring:

- +40mm height, +40mm offset with 10 degree tilt

- Made with stainless steel 316 corrosion-resistant components + 3D printed plastic snap-in cover for visual purposes (in PLA+)
- Stainless steel parts are powder-coated in gloss black

- OEM fitment for the Lexus RC-F 2015+
- Can be used with other aftermarket wings that mount using the same mechanism as the OEM wing (Eg. Varis Longtail)
- Completely removable / reversible - no permanent changes to vehicle are required
- Maintain the RC-F's automatic wing up and down operations (if enabled)
- Kit contains all hardware required for installation, excluding tools.
Product page displays the quantity available to ship in real time, production lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks. Example: If this product is in stock as of the order date, it will ship out within 1-3 business days. Otherwise, If the product is not in stock by the order date, it will take approximately 3-4 weeks for the new batch to be manufactured. There may or may not already be a batch in production and that may reduce the 3-4 week manufacturing timeline for your order.
* Notes:
- In the future, design decisions and changes to the common elements of the current production version may require the purchase of a full set and it may not be possible to use the same side plates due to incompatibility. Please ask us prior to ordering if unsure.

Recent updates / Timeline:
June 7, 2026: Deformation and strength testing in progress.
June 5, 2026: v3 design passed functional and fitment testing. Product page up.
May 30, 2026: v3 production design iteration. Successfully installed on RC-F and currently in testing.
May 14, 2026: v2 design iteration. Correcting multiple tolerance and design failures.
March 13, 2026: v1.1 design iteration. Multiple failures. Revising design offsets based on new power-coating variable surface thickness and correcting other tolerance issues.
January 2, 2026: v1 design iteration both with metal manufacturing vendor and in-house 3D printed prototypes. Correcting multiple design issues / failures. Determining minimum allowable wing height that would work based on current design constraints (40mm).
December 20, 2025: Sourcing potential vendors for in-spec metal manufacturing and ease of iterative design development.
November 4, 2025: Initialization of design and prototyping phase for an all-metal high-strength modular variant of wing extenders initially for use with the RC-F.
